Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

• Items may be returned for any reason ("buyer's remorse") within 30 days of delivery.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
• Sale items, gifts, personalised or hygiene items are non-returnable.

Product Condition

All returns must be:

• New, unused and in original condition
• Complete with packaging, labels, tags and accessories
• Sealed and securely packaged

Return & Exchange Process

1. Email us at support@modernfoyer.shop with your order number, reason, and photos/videos (if needed).
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and address.
3. Ship the item as instructed using your chosen carrier.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship the exchange within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Buyer's remorse returns: postage is at your expense.
• Faulty/incorrect items: postage is covered by us; we provide a prepaid label or refund your return shipping.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour differences. Exchanges follow the same process and shipping rules listed above.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed) within 3–5 business days after inspection. No restocking fees apply.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK must follow the same process but are responsible for return postage and customs clearance. Please keep proof of postage.

Order Cancellation

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and before dispatch at support@modernfoyer.shop. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return process after delivery.

Google Merchant Center Compliance

• We provide a 30‑day return window for most items and a 15‑day window for defects, in accordance with Google Merchant Center guidelines.
• We clearly state who pays the cost of return for both standard and faulty returns.
• The return process is detailed, clear, and easily accessible without login, meeting Google's requirement for "conspicuous and accessible" policies.
